In today’s fast-paced digital world, staying ahead means understanding your customers intimately and responding to their needs in real time. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys opens up a whole new world of possibilities for trigger based journeys and Power Automate. Triggers are a flexible way to capture important moments and interactions, allowing you to orchestrate uniquely engaging customer interactions.
I was honored to be a speaker at community events like the ColorCloud or Dynamics365 Summit. Then people asked me if I could also record my session so they could follow along with my demos again. So here it is.
In this video, we’ll dive into the synergy between Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Power Automate. Learn firsthand with practical use cases and how to build personalized, real-time triggers that make a real impact, taking your customer experience to the next level.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I’ve been raking the internet recently for real-time journey examples with very little success. I would watch any and all video content you can put together for real-time marketing!
Cara, thank you very, very much for your nice feedback! It makes me so happy that my content helps people. And you motivated me to do more videos, so stay tuned 🙂
Pauline, could I kindly ask – how did you achieve adding a different text (especially styling for title, e.g. ‘Don’t forget your sunscreen’ and normal text for the paragraph) and image in inline conditions for sunny vs rainy?
Thank you
Hi Emma, when you mark the section frame and it turns purple, you can then choose the variations on the right side pane. After you select the variation that you want to edit, you can then use the drag and drop editor to add images and text elements. When you mark the text element in the email you can use the toolbar above to change the text size. I hope this helps!
